1Who we are

Optimal Solution for Software & Development is a Jordanian company that offers Trivvo ERP and Hesabate, together with setup, data migration, training, customization and technical support services.

Registered name: Optimal Solution for Training · National establishment no. 200151354 · Abu Nseir, Amman, Jordan.

Both programs are owned by their respective developers, not by us.

2Software subscriptions and payment

When you choose a plan you are taken to the program’s official checkout (trivvoerp.com or hesabate.com); subscription and payment happen there directly with the developer, under its terms.

We do not receive or store your card details on this site.

Prices are shown in US dollars, taken from the official sites, and may be changed by the developer; the binding price is the one shown at checkout at the time of purchase.

3Our services

Setup, data migration, training, customization and support are provided under a written quotation that defines their scope, duration and cost, agreed before work starts.

Services are delivered digitally (remotely) or on-site as stated in the quotation; no physical goods are shipped.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide for migration; we are responsible for migrating it as delivered to us.

4Your obligations

• Provide accurate information when contacting us or ordering.
• Not use the site unlawfully or in a way that harms it or others.
• Keep your program login credentials confidential.

5Intellectual property

This site’s content and the Optimal Solution for Software & Development logo are ours. The names “Trivvo” and “Hesabate” and their logos belong to their owners and are used here for identification only.

6Limitation of liability

The programs’ performance, availability and the protection of data stored in them are the developer’s responsibility under its terms. Our liability for our services is limited to the amount paid to us for that service.

Information on the site is general and is not a binding offer before a written quotation.

7Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the last-updated date is shown at the top. Changes do not apply to a service agreed before them.

8Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute.
