Trivvo ERP and Hesabate subscriptions are paid on the program’s official site; cancellation and refunds follow the developer’s policy. We help you contact them and submit the request.

Trivvo offers a 7-day free trial without a card — try it before paying.

2Our services

• Before work starts: full refund of the amount paid.
• Once work has started: the amount paid for the service is not refundable, in whole or in part.
• “Work started” means the first task we perform after payment (a setup session, receiving data files, a training session); we notify you of it in writing.

3How to cancel or request a refund

Write to t.abuelem@optimalsolutionjo.com or WhatsApp +962790630096 with your business name and quotation number. We reply within 3 business days, and refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
