Privacy Policy

1What we collect

• What you send us yourself by WhatsApp, email or phone: your name, phone, email, business name and request details.
• Data you provide for a service (such as migration files), processed for that purpose only.
• Technical logs kept automatically by our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, visit time) to run and protect the site.

2What we do not collect

We do not collect card details — payment happens on the program’s official site. The site currently uses no advertising trackers and no cookies beyond what it needs to run; if we add any, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

3How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
• To deliver and follow up the service you ordered.
• To send program updates or offers — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the program’s developer when needed to activate or support your subscription, with service providers we rely on (hosting, email) as far as necessary, or when required by law.

5How long we keep it

We keep contact data while our relationship lasts, then for no more than three years for follow-up and accounting, unless the law requires longer. Migration files are deleted from our devices once the service is completed.

6Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to its processing. Write to t.abuelem@optimalsolutionjo.com and we will reply within 30 days.

7Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to your data is limited to the team members who need it to serve you.
